Mga Dapat Mong Malaman Bago Sumali Sa isang Network Marketing Business

Ang isang Network Marketing ay magandang negosyo if done ethically. But if you do it the wrong way papangit lang ang reputation ng company lalung-lalo na ang pangalan mo.

So here are the things you need to know before joining a network marketing business.

Not All Network Marketing Companies are Real

Kahit meron pa yang DTI, SEC at ano pang mga legal na papeles just to make it na totoo tingnan hindi pa rin yan totoo unless you check the company's background and the persons running it.

The legalities are not enough na okey na siya salihan. You have to know the persons running the company if they are mission-driven and have the ability to make the company running for a long time.

Signs of a Good Company Background

There is nothing wrong being skeptical about network marketing kasi marami ng nagsusulputang "ground floor opportunities" - yung sunod lang sa uso na start-up companies - at karamihan nito will only last for two years.

In choosing a good company, the company should have a physical office kahit pwede ka namang mag-invite ng business partners through virtual presentations at magbenta online. This way malalaman mo na nag-exist talaga ang company.

To have an affordable na makamasang presyo ng produkto, the company should have its own manufacturing laboratory. Although di naman talaga required.

But if the company has no laboratory of its own at nag-outsource lang, make sure na ang napili mong company ay merong remarkable product na reasonable ang price.

The company has already reached two years and still standing. Ang kompanya na umabot ng 2 years at nag-umpisa ng kumita - because during it's early years the company will deal with start-up issues - ay may potential na, na maka-profit ang mga members nito.

[ I know some of you would choose to join kahit nasa early stage pa kasi at the back of your head you will get to the top. And being in the top ay siyempre secured ka na at malaki ang kita at less effort. But I'm sure you will never learn what marketing is ]

But you have to avoid companies na matagal ng nag-operate inside the country because of market saturation. The company that has this momentum phase ay maliit nalang ang potential na kumita ka ng malakihan unless you like selling.

Pero kung gusto mo talaga sumali sa isang nag-uumpisa pa lamang na company is you should know what the risks are.

[ probably the saturation is dahil sa recruitment not of products parang ganun. Ganoon nga! ]

The company training should have the latest marketing strategies. The training is not that wide kung puro lang pang motivational at offline strategies ang meron. Sa panahon ngayon the company must teach their members what blogging is, what SEO is, what email marketing is, at iba pang internet marketing methods. Kasi with these, you are attracting high quality people that likely to become your business partners someday.

The Morality of the Persons running the Company is what Makes it Real

One of the requirements aside from the legalities that makes the company real, are the persons behind the business.

  • Are they reliable ba?
  • Do they have good reputations?
  • Do they handle complaints?
  • Have they done it with integrity?

Please kindly check the owner and the utmost uplines with those questions above.

Even the mission and vision statements are not enough. They should be proactive.

Expect The Amount of Work Involved

Hindi madaling kumita sa ganitong negosyo. It takes months and years before you can reap your bigger profits. But with dedication and focus you will have your reward.

Unless kung wala kang isip at konsensiya, rerekrutin mo pati mga friends at relatives sa business by hyping and other enticing promises to get commissions at their expense and you will get to the top pa but after that, they are not happy after they realized na hindi naman pala madaling kumita sa network marketing. In the end, you compromised your name and the company.

Just think of inviting people to the business, you need to consume time and money just to communicate with them. Punta doon at dito - ma-drain talaga ang iyong energy, time and money.

This is not a business where you just sit down and wait for the money to come. Just like any other businesses kailangan mong ikayod.

So what you have to do is to learn how to manage your time and money. Learn new things that would help your business grow without spending too much of your money.

Mostly of Network Marketing are based on Recruiting Business Model

Ito ang katotohanan, mostly of these mlm ay nakabase sa pagre-recruit. Kahit na may magandang produkto pa at mayroong sariling factory for their products, if they have a wholesale and retail price, that is based in recruiting.

If you want to have a team of people selling for you, kailangan mo mag-recruit.

This is not a Get-Rich-Quick Business

If your looking for a business na madaling kumita at yumaman, sorry hindi kabilang ang Network Marketing o multi-level marketing.

There is a huge amount of work you need to do because as I have said, This not a business na after mo mag-join you'll just wait for the money to come.

The more Who Join Your Company, The more Competitors You Will Have

Sa indurtriyang ito, you are making your own competitors if you recruit more people. The only one that will be benefited more is the company.

Think of recruiting people in your local area, imbes ikaw lang ang nagbebenta ng produkto, mayroon ka ng mga ka-kompetensiya, thus, will decrease your own sales.

If you will not recruit and just sell, your income is not as big as those who created a sales force (downlines).

And this will make you think na mag-recruit nalang. Lalung-lalo na kung may sumali sa inyong lugar sa company na sinalihan mo, this will force you talaga na rekrutin ang mga tao sa inyo - baka maunahan ka niya.

The only way para ma-minimize ang kompetisyon sa inyong lugar is to create a salesforce using bayanihan system. Hati-hati.

Only 1% Will Be Rich in this Business

This is true. Only 1 percent lang ang yayaman, 3 percent ang kikita ng malakihan and 97% will fail.

Sa negosyong ito mataas ang failure rate. Marami ang madaling mag-quit after 2-3 months after mahirapang kumita.

Another one pa rin is they don't use the internet. Sa internet marami ang strategies.

This is Not a Perfect Business Model

As you can see naman, this business has many loopholes na pede i-take advantage ng mga tao para sa kanilang interest lamang.

For you to stand out is dapat ethical ang iyong pamamaraan. You should build relationship and trust to people. Do not focus on recruiting.

There you have it. If you want to join a network marketing, you must have a marketing plan, clear vision and consistent to be able to endure in this industry - because this is not a quick rich business.
